Launcher UI Overhaul

Complete redesign of the launcher interface with improved user experience.

UI Changes

• Tabbed interface - News and Changelog tabs for organized content
• Changelog integration - Full changelog viewer with version navigation
• Green action buttons - Install, Update, and Play buttons with consistent green styling
• Login sidebar - Authentication form integrated into launcher sidebar

Security & Paths

• Install path protection - Detects and blocks installation to protected paths like Program Files
• DeniedWorksDevelopment directory - Default install path set to user-friendly location
• Download cancellation - Users can cancel downloads in progress

Authentication Migration

• Auth moved to launcher - All authentication now handled by the launcher instead of the game
• DPAPI encryption - Credentials securely passed to game using Windows DPAPI encryption
• Play button requires sign-in - Must be authenticated to launch the game
